Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2024
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already entered the production process, and cancellation may not be possible.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@golfgiftshop.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
- Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, these orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning items.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation window, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel part of your order, please specify which items you want to cancel when contacting our support team.
Failed Cancellation Requests: If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered production or has been shipped, you will be notified by our support team. You may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return and Refund Policy.
