Return and Refund Policy

At GolfGiftShop.com, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@golfgiftshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Customized and personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as the order may have already entered the production process. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@golfgiftshop.com as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@golfgiftshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will apply. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order placement.
